I bought the bigger tag last month and mistakenly didn’t look at the measurements very closely. The tag worked but it was just a little too big for my tiny chihuahua. Again, that was my fault for not looking closely at the measurements! Within the same day I wrote my first review, the seller reached out and let me know they can make it smaller and made sure everything would be perfect for the next order. It was so thoughtful and considerate! I just received the smaller one and it’s absolutely perfect. The customer service from this shop is unparalleled, and I’ve bought MANY items on etsy over the years. I will continue to browse this shop and recommend it for anyone’s fur babies.
